Please include as much information as possible. For ex, whether you have purchased the App or not, your BlackBerry PIN and the exact issue you are facing in detail. This allows us to lookup your purchase and license records quickly and respond to your queries in our first reply itself. If you miss out some important information in your support request, then we send followup emails requesting those information. By including as much information as possible in your first message itself, you can reduce such unnecessary flow of mails back-and-forth.
